How to process a warranty claim

Please send an email to us at contact@glidesoul.com with the following information regarding your warranty case:

● Your original order number

● Picture (or pictures) of the item, where possible showcasing the fault

● Warranty description

● Your Address & Phone Number

We’ll then get back to you with further information on the address to ship the item to for us to process your replacement. Please note that GlideSoul is not liable for any items lost in transit and replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for all costs incurred on shipping warranty item(s) to GlideSoul for processing. GlideSoul will cover the cost of sending replacement or repaired item(s) back to the customer.

Apparel/Rash Guard Warranty

The GlideSoul warranty for all Apparel and Rash Guard items is for 90 days from the original day of purchase.

The apparel warranty covers defects of workmanship and materials, but does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colours and material through time, exposure or extensive use. If a GlideSoul product is found to be defective after inspection, we will repair or replace the product with an existing, comparable model at our discretion.

Please note that GlideSoul is not liable for any damages, losses and/or costs incurred by the loss or usage of our products.

Wetsuit/Impact Vest Warranty

All GlideSoul wetsuits and Impact Vests come with a warranty valid for 1 (one) year from the original date of purchase.

The warranty covers defects of workmanship and materials, but does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colours and material through time, exposure or extensive use.

Under our warranty, GlideSoul will repair or replace a wetsuit/Impact vest that is found to be defective under normal use and proper care. Replacements will be at our discretion and for the same or a comparable model.
