  1. Do I have to register before I make any purchases on the online shop?
    
It is not necessary to register in order to purchase items on our online shop. 

     
  2. I forgot my password – what should I do?
    If you forget your password, you can request that it be sent to you by clicking on "Forgot Password" on the log-on screen. You will soon be sent an e-mail at the address you gave us when you registered. This e-mail will contain the password you can use to log back in.
     
  3. How do I sign up for the newsletter

  4. What payment options do I have and how do they work?
    At this moment we accept only PayPal and credit card payments on our website. 
With a PayPal account, you can choose to pay with your credit card, debit card, bank account, or PayPal account balance for any purchase that you make. You will automatically proceed to paypal.com to complete your payment. Once you have been redirected to paypal.com, you will have 25 minutes to complete the payment before your order is removed from the system.
     
  5. Can I order by phone?
    At the moment it is unfortunately not possible to order by phone.

    We deliver to the list of the following countries

  8. Can I have the order sent to a different address to the billing  address?
    This is not a problem. When entering your user data online, you can give both an invoice address and a different delivery address.
 Please note that the invoice address as well as the delivery address have to be in the same country.
     
  9. Can I change my order afterwards?
    Unfortunately it is not possible to change the order afterwards. You can return the items by using the enclosed return label and place a new order in our online shop.
     
  10. Is the package already on its way?
    We normally ship using Royal Mail.
 Once your order has been accepted and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the tracking number, which allows you to track the status of your delivery.

  12. How long do I have to return my items that do not fit?
    If you would like to return your item, please contact our customer care at  cs@glidesoul.com.
    *If you're not satisfied with your purchase, return the product(s) in new and
    unworn condition in the original packaging with the tags still attached within 30
    days from the date of an online purchase for a full refund.
    *Except for special sale “no return” items. On Sale" items are not returnable.  Sale items may only be exchanged for another item                                                                                                                                                                                                                           

  13. How can I exchange items?
    Unfortunately we don't offer an exchange service.
You can return the items and place a new order in our online shop
     
  14. How do I get my money back?
    You will receive a full refund of the purchase price and shipping cost paid for the order, within 10 working days, on average, after we have received the original item(s). The refund will be issued to the original card/account.
     
  15. How do I redeem a voucher on the online shop?
    To redeem your voucher, when you get to the Checkout page, enter the voucher number in the appropriate box. The amount of the voucher will then be automatically deducted from the invoice amount.
     
  16. How long do I have warranty on the products of GlideSoul?
    WETSUIT WARRANTY POLICY
    12 month warranty on all stitching, materials and construction
    12 month warranty on taped seams
    *Valid from date of purchase with proof of purchase.

    THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING:
     - Damage caused by extended or excessive exposure to sunlight, improper 
handling or storage, or failure to follow instruction provided with this product.
    - Damage caused by anything other than defects in materials or workmanship.

     - Use in commercial, rental, teaching or instructional programs or activities.
     - Normal wear and tear, including scratches and fading.

    Wetsuits repaired by other repair service.

  17. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
    
If you received an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please take a digital photo of the defect and email it to us along with a proof of purchase, to cs@glidesoul.com. We will send you a free-return-shipment label. When we receive the product back we will issue your refund.
